i'm excited

I woke up this morning on the bathroom floor wearing the same clothes I wore yesterday. I sat up slowly. I had a major headache and my arm hurt really bad. I climbed to the medicine cabinet above the sink, grabbed the advil and swallowed two pills. It must be around 6:30 in the morning. My body is on a set wake up schedule. I had to get ready for the first day of school. I wouldn't dare be late.

"Addalyn Lewis!" my best friend called my name. She was sitting at our spot under the big oak tree! It had been our meeting place since the first day of high school!

"Taylor Cohen!" i yelled as i ran up to her and sat on her lap!" so how was europe?" taylor always went to amazing places over summer breaks. Her parents had money but she wasn't one to flant it everywhere.

"It was amzaing! You would have loved it! All the hott guys, the beautiful sites, the gelattos, and the HOTT guys!"

"Speaking of hot guys...." I said as the hottest guy in school Teddy Geiger walked past.

"haha yeah! Is he still dating whats her face?"

"As far as I know" Teddy was dating a real-life barbie, Sadie Mitchell. And when I say barbie I mean it. She was even started to look like she was made of plastic, all shiney and stuff.

We watched him walk up to her and kiss her, gross.

"Gah she is soo lucky to have him. She doesn't even deserve him"

"What are you talking about they are made for each other! Mr. and Mrs. Jerkface" I said as I moved off her lap.

"Jerkface? Addy is that all you can come up with?" she said as she lightly hit me in my arm, causeing shooting pains to go up my arm.

"OW"I said as I grabbed my arm and started rubbing it.

Taylor gave me a strange look "are you kidding I barely tapped you"

"haha yeah I'm kidding" I lied.

DDDIIINNNGGG

"Stupid bell! See you at practice?" tay asked. We were both on the cheerleading squad. We weren't your typical cheerleaders though. We're actually smart, have class. and were still in the v-club.

"Yes I guess so" I said getting up and heading to my first class which was Algebra 3.

By the end of class we had our books, homework, and a nice seating cart. And of course I was so kindly blessed to be in a row all by myself with Mr. Jerkface.

He was talking to his best friend Chris, who happened to be Taylors new love interest. I couldnt help but easedrop especially since they were practically yelling.

"Dude have you and sadie hooked up yet?" Chris said to Teddy.

Teddy just smiled and laughed

"Dude I knew it! So how is she?"

"Dude thats none of your business" Teddy said. then looked at me. I just raised my eyebrows, shook my head, and looked away.

The bell rang and I went to my next class 12th grade literature. Again with the assigned seats and homework, only this time Teddy was next to me instead of infront of me. I mean come on what did I do wrong.

"hey are you going the football game next saturday?" Teddy asked. "hello?" he waved his hand infront of my face. woah! Was he actually talking to me?

"Uh what? yeah duh i'm cheering at it!" I said nodding my head.

"cool" he said and turned back around.

cool? are you kidding me? wow what a guy!

I got through the rest of my classes a ok. Practice on the other hand...

"Tay you will never believe who talked to me today" i said after we had finished running our 2 miles.

"Let me guess.. Casper?" she guessed as we headed to the gym.

"Close! Teddy!"

"Noway what did he say?" I told her and about what him and chris talked about. "Guys, all they care about is sex"

We got in our stunt groups and practiced. After a while it my arm starting hurting.

"Is your arm ok?" Tay asked "you keep grabing at it. Here let me see" she grabed my arm and saw the huge bruise I had on it. "What the crap Addy? What happened?"

"I don't really know. I must have hit it on somthing. You know how I bruise easly" I lied.

Practice was over and we went our sperate ways. I didn't want to go home but it was the only place I had to go.
