Disney is bringin Tarzan to NYC this year... They've been workshopping it for a while... and I've been super excited... but they made the official announcement... I'm slightly sad... Adam Pascal has been part of the workshop cast (playing Tarzan of course) but it appears that he's chosen not to continue in the role... I sad...  Anyhows... it looks to be a great show... |

Nah... Disney boosted his career once... people knew him as roger from rent... but he really came into his own in AIDA... form what I heard he's just kinda decided his family comes first right now...

Oh geez and here I was hoping that Disney would finally wise up and bring "Mary Poppins" from West End to Broadway. It is much more logical on stage than I think Tarzan would be....but to each their own. I would like to see "Mary Poppins"....West End is looking better than Broadway every day.

i'm listening to Usher's version of "you'll be in my heart" right now! lol anyways yeahh i think the play is supposed to come out in June or something and i REALLY wanna go, we(seniors) get out of school in May and graduation is June 1 so I hope we can go see it! thats too bad that Adam Pascal wont be in it but i'm still really excited for it

waiiit i thought you said Adam wasnt in it??? we can search for him anyways though?! but yes we should so have a Tarzan & Teddy day someday that Teddy does a show in Nyc!! or he can just come to Tarzan with us...

oh adam's not going to be in it... but that doesn't mean i won't go look for him!! besdies... there's always that beautiful picture of him in front of the nederlander that i could stare at for days!!!

yeah youd def have to search for him. it seems to be when your looking for someone in nyc you dont find them, but if you dont plan on seeing someone you do lol. maybe you should convince yourself that your not looking for him, but really in the back of your mind be looking for him and find him lol if that makes any sense.

I've actually just "run" into adam twice in NYC... total randomness... NYC it a great place if you're a "theatre person" I think that's why I am there so much... I just LOOOVE it
