I went on democrat and chronicles website and typed in teddy geiger, and an article came up. Sadly the article said that they were dropping love monkey because they did not get enough viewers

(February 9, 2006) — According to a report in USA Today, CBS is dropping Love Monkey, the romantic drama which has prominently featured 17-year-old Pittsford singer/songwriter Teddy Geiger.
The newspaper reports that last Tuesday's show drew a series-low 5.4 million viewers. Next week's 10 p.m. Tuesday time slot will reportedly be filled by a rerun of NCIS, and a CSI rerun the following week (CBS is big on acronyms). By March 7, The Amazing Race will have taken over the slot, making way for a new show by the crime drama obsessed network, The Unit.
Love Monkey, which starred Tom Cavanagh, is an amusing insider's look at the music industry, with Geiger featured as a young phenom in development. The story closely paralleled Geiger's own story.
Last Tuesday's episode, titled "Confidence," was a fictionalized filming of a video for what is actually Geiger's real-life first single, "For You I Will (Confidence)."
The release of Geiger's debut album on Columbia Records, Underage Thinking, is still scheduled for March 21.
