OK, here's some more... it sounds kind of cheesy to me, but let me know what you guys think! ;D

The next thing I knew, I was on a plane one Friday afternoon after school headed to California. I was more than nervous; I had never been to California or travelled alone.
I was stuck between a five year old who was obsessed with Power Rangers and thought I was the "bad guy" and a grumpy old woman who said she was Marilyn Monroe and nobody believed her because she had faked her own death. I was more than happy to get off that plane to say the least.
I thought California would be a little hotter, but it was really like Georgia was in the fall; only Cali had an ocean, and Georgia just had lakes where I was from.
I was standing at the baggage claim, where Teddy said he would meet me when someone put their hands over my eyes. "Guess who?"
I turned around and gave him the biggest hug I had ever given anyone. I had missed him more than I had ever missed anything in my life.
"I'm glad to see you too, baby." He smiled and kissed my forehead. "Let's head over to the hotel."
- - - - - - - - - -
On the way there he told me about some of the people he had met along the way.
"Oh my gosh," He sounded like a middle school girl and I couldn't help but laugh. "After the soundcheck yesterday, me and another guy in my band went walking around and guess who I ran into?"
It was fun to see him so excited about his job. "Who?" I acted just as surprised as he was.
"Hanson. I went up to them all cool and told them who I was and they were like, 'Yeah we've heard of you. You're pretty talented.' and I was like, 'My girlfriend loves you guys.' And then they were like, well we have a show tomorrow night here, and we can put you two on the list... I was like sure, thanks! It was so cool, Avey, I wish you could've been there."
Did he just call me his girlfriend. Not that calling me that was a bad thing... we had "done" a lot of stuff together, so I guess it was only right that we were a couple. "So I'm goin to meet my most favorite band in the whole world?" I was shocked. He nodded. "Sweet!"

Meeting Hanson was pretty cool, and since I was Teddy's girlfriend now and Teddy is famous, we both got free merchandise, which made me a very happy camper.
I felt like a total twelve-year-old, but I knew it was just because I was so excited. I took pictures, got autographs, and got laughed at for running into a wall that I didn't realized stuck out so far. Yes, I am amazingly clumsy.
- - - - - - - - - -
"So did you enjoy this night?" He asked curiously as he took me back to the hotel.
"Yes.. I did. Thank you so much." I told him and kissed his cheek. "I can't wait to see you perform."
"I bet you can't." He laughed as we got out of the big white van we had been travelling in and walked into the huge lobby. "I have a little press thing to go to in one of the conference rooms, so I'll have to leave you here." He told me and I made a frown. "I know its late, but most of these guys are from the East Coast, so they're not running on California time, so I have to do it. Its my first press thingie.. do I look alright?"
"You look fine.. "I told him as he gave me a kiss and we went our seperate ways.

I hardly slept all night. I didn't know if it was that I was so excited that I had finally visited a new place and got to see Teddy again or if it was just jet lag. I concluded it was a little bit of both just before my eyelids finally gave in.
It felt like I had just been asleep when I felt someone sit down on the side of the bed. "Get up." I heard them say. I was still to sleepy to recognize the voice.
I was almost positive I mumbled a few cuss words incoherently at whoever it was trying to wake me up, but it mostly came out as "Hmrphoo."
"Now you know I don't speak gibberish, so get your butt up," This time I recognized the voice as Teddy's and I rolled over to face him.
"No."
"No what?" He laughed at me as he pulled the sheets off of me.
"Its cold. Give that back." I ordered him, but he didn't listen. "You really shouldn't just go ripping people's bed sheets off of them while they're sleeping, you never know... they might be naked."
"In that case I might have to do that to you more often," He wiggled his eyebrows goofily and I laughed. "What, have you suffered from memory loss or have you forgotten the night before I left?"
"I remember very well," I said suggestively. " But I'm not getting out of bed, so you might as well go back to bed too."
His cell phone began ringing and he answered it as I reluctantly sat up and made my way to the bathroom.
I heard him tell someon we would be on our way as soon as I got a shower and got dressed then he hung up. "My parents are waiting for us down in the lobby to go get breakfast, so hurry. Oh, and I want you to meet some of the people I've been touring with!" He yelled to me over the sound of the shower. "Did you hear me or do I need to join you?" He joked.
"No I'm good for now, but I'll let you know when I'm not able to hear things you say," I acted like I hadn't heard the inuendo he had thrown in there.
"Thats not exactly what I meant," I could hear him smile.
"Oh I know what you meant," I laughed. "But you said we had to hurry."
He made a slightly shocked sound and I heard him turn the TV to MTV.

Breakfast with his parents seemed a little awkward to me. I barely knew either of them that well, but from the times I had talked to them they were really nice people.
"That color really looks good on you, Avery." His mom informed me. "That shade of green brings out your eyes."
She was referring to the unusual shade of green my eyes had. They were very green, with a small spot of blue in the right one.
"Thank you." I told her and continued eating my pancakes.
"So how long have you and Ted been on official couple?" His Dad asked. "He talked about you so much the whole way here that I practically know your life story." That statement weirded me out slightly, but as long as he hadn't told them about that one night before he had left I was good.
"Yeah... um actually only a few days really." I wasn't sure how to answer.
"He said that the night before we left," Oh lord... "He asked you. It was so sweet." His mom said.
"What can I say? I'm a sweet guy.." Teddy joked and I looked at him questioningly. "So if Aves is done, we're going to go look around some of the shops, ok?"
His parents nodded and we silently left the restaraunt.
- - - - - - - - - -
We were walking down another street covered in stores, which happened to look almost identical to the one we were just on. I was getting way too confused for this.
"So what exactly did you tell your Dad?" I asked curiously
"I told him about you... and your past relationship with that jerk." He answered. "And I told him about the other night... and he was ok with it. I sort of lied though... I told him we didn't go "all the way" " He told me.
"Oh.."
"Yeah. I thought about telling him everything, but I think he kind of realizes I wasn't telling the whole truth, but he said he was ok with it as long as, you know, we use protection and everything..." He rolled his eyes. "Oh. We didn't do that the other night..."
"Don't worry about it. I'm not. Plus... remember what Corey did to me? There's an even bigger possibility for that now, but I'm trying not to think about it." I told him. "If you're worried, how do you think I feel?"
"I know. I'm sorry," He wrapped his arm around me and looked up to see a camera pointed in our direction.
"Great, now I'm going to be on the cover of some kiddie magazine.." I groaned as we rounded a corner.
"Don't worry about it." He told me. "Oh, its almost time for my soundcheck. Do you want to listen in?"
I nodded as we made our way to the auditorium.
He was amazing. I never knew exactly how talented he really was until I saw the soundcheck. I was in awe at how well he just got into the music and instrument. I thought I was into music, even though I had been slacking on the guitar lately, but when I saw him it almost defined the love of music.
"That was really good," I told him as he got done singing a small part from one of his songs I still didn't know the name to.
"Just wait until tonight.." He informed me. "I may even do a cover.."
- - - - - - - - - -
We sat through all the other bands he was with, and finally it was his turn to get the crowd going again. The last artist was a teenage girl who sounded whiny, with her songs about how she's in love with some guy but he doesn't know she even exists. Get over it.
He was the very last person to perform tonight, and I was glad because I was half asleep during the last performance. As he took the stage, the crowd lit up with screams from every girl in the audience.
"Whoa, guys." He said into the microphone and they grew louder as he smiled and I snapped a picture. He looked so happy on stage. "Ok... so this song is my new single." He began playing and the noise died down a bit, except for the occasional 'I love you, Teddy' or 'Sexy' being screamed at the best parts in songs.
"Mmmkay," He said to the audience as he made his way to the piano. "This is actually a cover song. Its by a band named Hanson." The audience got a little quieter except for a few of the older fans who new all too well the magic of Hanson. "This is for a very close friend of mine." He began playing the beginning of 'Crazy Beautiful'; the acoustic version.
It wasn't as good as the original, but the meaning behind it made those thoughts about how it wasn't the same as Taylor Hanson's voice float away.
As the song ended he took a bow and flung sweat on the first couple rows of girls, which caused them to scream, and then threw one of his guitar picks out, which more than likely caused a miniature cat fight.
"Goodnight!" He told them and walked off stage towards me.
"That was amazing." I told him as he tried to hug me. "No you're sweaty."
"OK, but do I get a kiss?" I nodded and carefully placed a kiss on his lips.
"So since you have to get on a plane in like, five hours, do you want to spend the night with me in my hotel room?" I gave him a look. "I mean, you know, just hanging out... spending time together. I have some cards and we could play a game of war or something..."
"Ok, but..." I trailed off. "You should know I'm the King at war!"
- - - - - - - - -
I beat him four out of the five times we played, which was quite hilarious, despite the fact I was now leaving.
"I'll see you in two weeks, k?"
I nodded and I thought I was going to start crying. It felt like a cheesy movie moment or something. "Miss you."
"I miss you," He gave me a huge hug and kissed my forehead as they called for my flight. "See you when you get back."
"I meant what I said before I left," He told me. "You really do mean everything to me, and I know that this wasn't official before you got here, I just kind of assumed, since we... you know... but I want you to be my girlfriend."
I smiled. "I want you to be my boyfriend." Insert cheesy movie title here. We kissed right as the final call was called and I hurried off so I wouldn't miss my plane. I had school the next day, which meant I would be doing a lot of sleeping when I got home.
