I"m just curious.
I've read so many interviews where he has to answer the same question over and over. Anyone have any interesting questions they'd wanna ask?

Maybe.. if he looks up to other artists, not just in a musical sense, but as far as how they treat their fans and conduct their live shows?

haha i was just thinking about this today. if i have to hear him answer "what the title of his CD means" one more time! isn't it sorta obvious? but there are a few things i've wondered about 1) how does he do his laundry when he's on tour?! i've just always wondered....there can't possibly be guest laundry at every hotel they stay at, and there's no way he could pack enough t-shirts to last until he got home again. but i can't really see them stopping in at a laundromat, either. 2) what's the inside of his bus like? 3) which t-shirt is his favorite? and which pair of chucks is he the most fond of? 4) have there ever been any overly aggressive fans that made him sorta nervous? 5) other than his own songs, what is his favorite song to sing along to? 6) does he sing in the shower? 7) is he superstitious? i guess that's it for now...i won't bother y'all with any more randomness lol

^ woah, i really like question #5. that, and i would add "if you had to make a cd that was just for fun, dancing, acting silly purposes, what kind of stuff would you put on it?"

Haha, those are some good questions! Okay, the real reason I asked is I "might" be able to interview him next week and I don't want to ask him a bunch of questions we already know. So if anyone has any more suggestions that would be awesome

one more.. would he ever consider doing some fun covers at his live shows, and if so, what songs?

I was wondering that too. I haven't been to one of his shows yet, I just recently discovered his music (saw him in a magazine and remembered him as the dude I was rooting for on the Patridge Family special) so I don't know if he has done covers in the past. Has he?

i'm uber jealous that you might get to interview him! if you do, have fun. and definitely don't ask the same questions everyone else does because i'm sure he must get tired of answering them over and over and over.

Has he? i've only been around here for a couple weeks, too, but i don't recall hearing or reading about him doing any covers. he doesn't seem like the type of artist that would be encouraged to do covers by their label.. usually you save that kind of stuff for when you've got a 2 hour set and have some "play time" to mess around with.. i think he, right now, probably wants people to hear as much of HIM as possible but it would be neat if he's ever thought about doing a couple covers, so you should definitely ask him about the subject.

Yeah, I'm excited about it. It's a phone interview promoting a concert this weekend, but I'm going to the concert (my first teddy concert!) and hopefully will get to meet him there (I think I'm gonna be able to get backstage passes after the interview -hopefully- if it comes to pass). I don't know how long I get to talk to him, so I figure I'll ask him some basic questions and then some random fun ones. I mean, I DO want to keep him on the phone for as long as possible

Yeah that would make sense about not doing covers...I mean he's famous, but he's not THAT famous. So hearing as much of himself as possible would probably be best to promote his music.
